This study evaluated recurrence rates after globe-sparing surgery for ocular adnexal malignancies, with particular relevance to Mohs micrographic surgery. The data supported that globe-sparing approaches can achieve acceptable oncologic outcomes while preserving the eye, though close follow-up is essential.
