This real-world analysis examined risk factors, treatment patterns, and outcomes in metastatic basal cell carcinoma, an exceedingly rare but serious clinical entity. The study identified tumor and patient characteristics associated with metastatic progression and evaluated treatment responses including hedgehog pathway inhibitors.
