This randomized controlled trial evaluated whether adding 2-octyl cyanoacrylate (tissue adhesive) to intermediate layered closure improves aesthetic outcomes compared to intermediate closure alone. The study assessed the cosmetic and functional benefit of tissue adhesive as an adjunct to standard suture closure.
