10. Clinical Tools & Patient Data (HIPAA Notice)
MohsPedia is a static, browser-only clinical decision support tool. All calculations and interactions are performed entirely within your web browser. No patient data, clinical inputs, or calculation results are ever transmitted to our servers, stored in any database, or shared with third parties.
MohsPedia is not a HIPAA-covered entity or Business Associate. No Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is offered or required because no Protected Health Information (PHI) is received, created, maintained, or transmitted by this platform.
Users should not enter identifiable patient information (names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, or other identifying data) into any tool on this site.
11. Information Security
We implement standard encryption and protection measures. MohsPedia operates as a static site with no server-side data processing. No patient data is ever transmitted or stored.
12. Your Rights (GDPR / DSAR)
